hi, Mr Justin Becker
i think its a power supply problem, first you should try another dc adaptor, if your printer works fine with the new one, you have to replace it or take it for repair.
if it is a DC Adaptor problem it cost about: US $29.74

Not turning Lexmark X8350 All-In-One InkJet

If you are encountering power problems with your printer, please go through the following checklist:

  • Make sure the power cord is plugged in securely and directly to the power outlet. Power surge protectors can draw power away from the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet and the back of the printer and then reconnect it.
  • Check the power supply box (if there is one) to see if it is warm or cold, as there could be a defective power supply issue.
  • If there is access to a voltmeter, test the power supply to ensure that it registering the correct amount of voltage (most Lexmark printers have a 30Volt output).
  • Make sure the correct power supply is connected to the printer.

Is the printer connected to a power bar?

If YES, kindly remove it from there then directly plug-in the printer's power cable to the walloutlet

you can also try other walloutlets

If still not working, then it's time to replace the printer's power supply or the adaptor or the printer itself.

My officejet7210 all-in-one, not working . i shut it off to checjk all connections, i had to to move the printer, now it wont turn on. I've pushed the on button quickly, held it. no go. any ideas?

hi, lets try some reset on the printer but before that make sure that the printer is directly connected to the wall socket and there is no power surge protector connected now place your hand on the the power adaptor of the printer and check if the adaptor is heating or not if its heating then proceed further if not then there is some problem with the adaptor
now connect the power adaptor to the printer and then try turn on the printer if its not turning on then press and hold the power button for 10 sec and then remove the power cable from the printer now keep pressing teh power button and after 10 sec reinsert the power cable and then release the power button
still if the printer is not powering on then press the # and 3 button on the printer and then while pressing them remove the power button wait for 5 sec and then replug the cable while pressing the buttons
now try to power on the printer if not powering on still then try the above step using the # and 6 buttons if till face the problem then the device needs service

Hp 2355 all in one printer

Can you turn on the printer normally? If you can't then you have a faulty power adaptor. If you can then it sounds like the connection between the computer and printer has been lost. Disconnect the printer and reconnect to another USB port. If this works then fine, if not then try another device in the same usb port to check wither the usb port is functioning. If it does, you have a faulty printer. You might be able to clear any probelms in the printer by performing a full reset.
Ppower up the printer and discconect the power supply while the printer is running. Hold the OK and Cancel buttons while reconnecting the power supply. When the printer switches off after 10-20 seconds, release the buttons, unplug the power and reinsert it. Turn on the printer and reun through the processes before plugging inth e USB. If it is still faulty, throw it away!!
Let me know what happens
