Attempt to successfully boot into Safe Mode With Networking (Tap the F8 button right after you turn on the computer until you get to a menu screen on a black background and use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select Safe Mode With Networking). If you can get to your Windows Desktop in Safe Mode, then the problem may be with a software that is on the computer. Do you have something on the computer called Delfin Media Viewer?

Steps from Microsoft's website:

To resolve this issue, follow these steps (if you successfully booted into Safe Mode):

  1. Remove DelFin Media Viewer from your computer according to the DelFin Media Viewer's manufacturer's instructions. For help with removing DelFin Media Viewer, contact the manufacturer, the DelFin Project, Inc. To do this, visit the following DelFin Web site: http://www.delfinproject.com (http://www.delfinproject.com)
  2. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
  3. Locate the Run registry key in the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
  4. Delete the Pgmonitr.exe string value. It may also be listed as DelFin Media Viewer in the Run list.
  5. Quit Registry Editor.
  6. Restart your computer
****IMPORTANT**** If you are uncomfortable with the registry get someone knowledgable to help you. Changing/Deleting anything in the registry can cause serious problems to your Operating System. Please back up your registry before making any changes by:

Click File
Choose Export
Create a name for the backup like - regbackup and save it to your C:\Drive
Click the button below that for ALL
Then Click Save

If you do not have the Delfina Media Viewer you may need to check your startup items. Click Start, then click Run and type in msconfig. A new Window will open up and then click the Startup Tab. You will ahve a list of programs that all start when Windows starts. You may need to go down the list and uncheck them one by one and reboot after each one to see if it is one of these that is causing the freeze. Also note, if you don't recognize the name of something in the list, Do Not uncheck it as you may disable start-up items the computer needs. Just uncheck progams that you recognize the name of.

As a last resort, you can restore your comptuer to a date when the computer was working properly.

Click Start
All Programs
Accessories
System Tools
System Restore
Choose Restore My Computer to An Earlier Time
Choose the Date/Time closest to the time you remember the computer working properly, preferably one named "System Checkpoint"
Click Next, computer will reboot and attempt to restore it to the Date and Time you selected.

I kepe getting up pop up that says unhandled exception in your application..........

Dear sir , this problem may be due to multiple reasons,
1. Due to virus or a malware.
2. Due to a certain application installed in which there is a bug in the programming
3. Due to a bug in the windows.

Recommended fix :
1) install an antivirus software and run a full scan your system
2) stop using that application and find a newer version of that app.
3) Repair or reinstall you Operating System.
Hope that helps... if it does do let us know by rating this solution. Thanx...

The blue screen is BSOD(Blue Screen Of Death). this happens due to some technical problem in HDD or due to bad sectors in memory. Its time to change the HDD, backup important data and files before its too late.

Trust HD Widescreen webcam. pc - Windows

Try re-installing the webcam software & use updated files if the maker offers them. You can also right click the short cut icon & make sure that run as administrator is checked & also run in compatibility for xpsp2 is checked & try it again. Those numbers are great but unfortunately, not even microsoft knows what they mean, lol. Believe me I've tried thier support a few times with "codes" & they told me they're just generic & don't point to anything usefull.
