I have a a60 toshiba laptop and it keeps saying power surge in hub ports when i put the dongle in

There may be problem with the usb ports.

To turn off this error message, follow these steps:
  1. Open Device Manager. To do this, click Start, click Run, type devmgmt.msc in the Run window, and then click OK.
  2. Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section at the bottom of the device manager window. Locate and then double-click a host controller that has either the word Universal or the word Open in the title.
  3. In the properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab, and then select the Don't tell me about USB errors check box.

Hello sir plz help i have dell inspiron 1545 with processor pentium dual core i am having problem with bluetooth sir i have tryed to install wireless 365 bluetooth modem driver but it is asking me to...

It is very likely that the Dell operator was right and the bluetooth option is not installed on your system. You will have to buy a USB bluetooth dongle or adapter.
click on control panel click on bluetooth devices if its there, is there anything listed as available? also in control panel click on system > device manager and see if any bluetooth devices are listed there. If not you don't have the option built in to your laptop

Can you go into safe mode by pressing F8 after starting? If so go into device manager and remove any recently installed hardware. Also try to roll back to a previous point in time when the pc worked by going to start/programs/accessories/system/system restore.
