A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: explain this phrase and give the solution.

  1. The resolution is about how many pixels are used to display images on your screen. How you change the resolution depends on what version of windows you have but they're all pretty similar. Hold the mouse pointer over your desktop (i.e. any programs that are open minimised)
  2. Press the Right mouse button and a menu will appear.
  3. In windows VISTA click "personalise" (in earlier versions click properties)
  4. Click DISPLAY SETTINGS (in windows vista, DISPLAY in earlier versions)
  5. You'll see a bar with HIGH at one end and LOW at the other end. Beside the bar it will show the resolution. If you slide the marker on the bar up or down the resolution will change. Set it at the resolution you need and click APPLY.
  6. You'll get an option to keep the new setting. Click YES if everything is displayed ok. If not click NO.

Unable to transmit my image

You really aren't telling us a lot of information. If you can get a picture onto the notebook then it's got to be stored somewhere. Try taking the picture, then saving it. Now you can use e-mail to send the picture as an attachment.

On puttin on my web cam it said ''hp mediasmart webcam does not support a screen resolution smaller than 1024x768, and i am not able to start web cam.

Click on your desktop and set your screen resolution to that size 1024x768, but I don't believe that’s the case cause most web cameras only put out 300 bit pictures but try it maybe it will work and afterwards you should be able to open the properties of the camera to change resolution
