There is power in the usb but no recognizing from driver to mother board? mouses ddont work or anything plugged in the usb ports

you can try this. install pc studio, and then connect your mobile...it should automatically install the drivers..but if that is what you have done then you can try updating the PC studio software.

Have you tried another USB port? Sometimes, they can act goofy.
Also be sure your anti-virus isn't blocking any part of the installation.
Here is a link to the Samsung troubleshooting guide for your camera.
You can probably download the most recent driver from that website as well.
Perhaps they have a better or newer version than what came prepackaged
with the camera (just because a camera is a new purchase does not mean
the software it came with is the most updated).
I run WinXP home edition, so I am not familiar if there are any differences in the professional version regarding software installation....

You might want to run some updates from Windows if that doesn't work check the manufacturer's website from your laptop to see if they have a usb update patch.

People make sure when you plug it in THAT you look at you mp3 screen it goes 'usb connecting' hold it there with your figures untill it shows on your computer screen then slowly move away your hands from mp3.
