Removing proteced files

You can try this, press the asterisk sign (*), and you should see "Lock keys" on the screen. Just hit the designated button where you will see "Lock keys" option.

u need to have ur phone flashed and unlocked to eliminate ur service providers protected files. this can be expensive, and also voids the phones warranty.

did you try to go on settings camera and restore settings.Try it .You should watch if the protection from the camera is opened.She must have some protection on the camera.

hi, not exactly an expert but just a suggestion is to see if you can move the files to an unexpected place but it is hard with sony ericssons because in the multimedia section is shows all files, memory card files and phone memory files so even if yu move em itll show it on all files. otherwise jus rename it to something dat starts wid a letter in the middle of the alphabet so it wont be da first ones or sumfing. sorry if that doesnt work.

contact your dealer or a local phone shop where the phone can be fully reset.

go to the setting menu select the master clear or master settings...note: all files will be deleted and all save data will be cleared.
