Question about Computers & Internet
I just leave it charging.then i keep it becaused itb full charged now..after two day i opened it and the problem started ..i cannot open it,,
It is possible that the charger overcharged the battery and damaged it. Remove the battery for a few hours and reinstall it!

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Overheating: Turn it off and use a can of compressed to air to force dust out of vents. I recommend doing this twice a year for notebooks and once a year for desktops.
Bad driver, probably the graphics driver: Start up in Safe Mode. If it runs without locking up then remove drivers until it runs normally.
Start with the graphics driver. If that doesn't work then remove other drivers.
Make sure that you use the latest drivers from Samsung's website.
Please vote for my solution if it helps.
