Try unplugging the washer for AT LEAST 30 minutes. This will reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). Sometimes this is all it takes to clear momentary glitches with the unit. If the washer continues to give you problems, or if an error code is displayed, please let me know so that I may be able to assist you further. I hope this helps.

The washer stops half way through all cycles and displays "oL" .

Error oL means overload.
If the "oL" error code appears, the washer has been filled with a load that is too large for its capacity, causing it to drain.

*Remove some items from the washer and add more detergent since the previous amount will have drained with the water.
*Close the washer and press the START/PAUSE/Cancel button to remove error displayed and restart the cycle.

If Pause/Cancel does not work:

*Unplug washer or disconnect power for one minute.
*Plug in washer or reconnect power.
*Re-select the cycle and press Start.

NOTE: If the error remains on the display, and the condition above has been checked, call for service.

Hope this helps.. :)

I paused the cycle after about 3 minutes of starting the machine to add an item. There is water in the machine and I cannot restart and I cannot cancel the cycle. What should I do?

first of all you don't have to paused the machine as it is on spin it get stucked with the clothes and gets difficult to run again when restarted.you can put more water if it stucked .but next time you must collect each and every clothes you want to wash so that your machine do not get shocked.

Can't get washer to start again after pushing pause/cancel button

sounds like central control unit problem, you can check for diagnostic mode operation by setting (door closed) drain/spin, no spin, pressing prewash 4 times in 5 secs pressing prewash again will advance through diagnostic cycle. replacing user interface may also be necessary

Please unplug your washer for a few minutes giving the control board time to reboot (like a compter). After a few minutes, plug it back in and you should be good to go. Let me know if this does not work and I will help you troubleshoot some more.
