Question about Roland BOSS BR 600 8 track portable digital recorder
While trying to reload a backed up song from my PC onto the Boss 600 I noticed the reload took far less time than normal. After disconecting the USB the normal song loading message was followed by card read error and the system locked up. I have just replaced the card with a new Boss BR-CF 1GB card (obtained at some cosiderable expense with a 3week delivery time) This was acepted by the machine song loading OK Initialize OK but after trying to reload the same song the same thing happened Card Read Error & presumably another dead card. Could it be the song file is corrupting the cards . Any advice anyone.
