Question about Dell Dimension 4300 PC Desktop
I have a 1.7 Intel Pentium Dell Dimension 4300 from about 2001/2....... I currently have only 40GB hard drive and I need more.
Does anyone know what type I should get and how big my system will take? I dont want to get a 320GB when it might only hold 160 or something.........
ITs a 40GB ATA-100 7200 RPM currently......
You can put as large a hard drive in there as you like. If the bios does not recognize the entire thing you can format and partition it using the HD manufacturer's software.
