SOURCE: 42" Fujitsu Plasma TV (About 10 yrs old)

You have not fully identified the model number of your unit, but
this is most likely caused by the Main Power pcb.
For models P42HHxxxxx and P42HCxxxxx see Fujitsu Service Bulletin on this problem. -see link below
http://tomtom2k5.free.fr/fujitsu/PDP-0035-06.pdf

A competent service technician should be able to implement the service bulletin.

A user manual is available from this link:-
http://safemanuals.com/user-guide-instructions-owner-manual/FUJITSU/PLASMAVISION%20PDS4221-_E
Check for a hidden power switch under the lower left or right under corner of the screen, ensure it is ON (- not sure if this switch is fitted to your model, but it does exist on other Fujitsu models).
Fujitsu no longer support or manufacture plasma screen TVs - therefore no parts are available from them. [Fujitsu only serviced to board replacement level - very expensive].
The Fujitsu models (generally, after 4 or more years use) suffer from cracked solder joints on circuit boards (due thermal cycling stress).
See Fixya tips:-
"Fujitsu Plasma 42" random shutdown - continuous flashing red led".

Ten years is two lifetimes for a Plasma, it most likely is either the display panel itself or a main board, in either case not cost effective to repair or smart but the real problem would be parts, I bet almost zero is available for this.

I dont know where to plug in my red, yellow and white cords for HDMI on my 2006 viore 42 in. plasma tv

Hello, welcome to Fixya!

The yellow, red and white cord is called RCA. It different from HDMI.

The yellow stands for video (display), while the red and white stands for Audio (sound) Left and Right.

Hdmi is different from RCA (yellow, red and white). They are two different cords and connection.

Both can be connected separately at the back/side of the TV.

Please give me more information about the problem for more details.

Regards.

My fujitsu plasmavision will not turn on.

There are many reasons which can do your plasmavision to not start. First of all you must verify if power light is on. Than, if the answer is affirmative, you must push a channel button. If the answer is negative, you should check the socket and power cord.
