The main purpose body fat is to store energy when your body doesn't have another energy source. Our body need essential body fat appox 2-5% for men and 10-13% for women.
Thus we need to burn excessive fat to maintain our healthy weight.
You can easily maintain your body fat by healthy diet and regualr exercise.

Human body weight is made up of body weight and fat weight (for many people the is excess fat). For a true weight the two are separated. A certain amount of the fat weight is considered normal and above that...you know!
