Question about Vivitar ViviCam 5299 Digital Camera
I try downloading the software but it's still not working.. can someone help please!!
Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures and videos from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures and videos from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

First you need to authorize your PC with your iTunes account with iTunes if you haven't already done so. With your iPhone connected to iTunes and without syncing, at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone.
Besides what mentioned above, I like to share you a article about transferring files from iPhone to computer, which included transferring iPhone photos and videos to computer/iTunes.
Hopefully this works for all of you like it just worked for me!
