Check to make sure you are getting power to the fan, if so then the fan should be replaced, if not keep checking to see what component is stopping power to the fan and fix or replace that component.

Fridge GE GSS20IEPDCC wall between the freezer and fresh food side getting very warm. Runs all the time.

The wall separating the fridge and freezer section has tubing off the compressor called a mullion heater/ discharge tube heater. It is there to keep that strip slightly warm and prevent sweating during humid times. If it gets overly warm/hot to the touch then either it is due for a cleaning or the condenser fan has stopped. The defrost circuit is not the problem! After pulling the fridge out, remove the back panel and you will see a round condenser on the right hand side. The fan motor is mounted on the side of it. Clean as necessary and make sure the fan is running. Unplug during cleaning and protect your floor before pulling it out

Why is it blowing warm air?

U say the compressor fan is running. How about the compressor - is that running? Without the latter running there is no way you will ever get cold air!

Check for bad start cap/start relay.

How do I check to see if my fan clutch is good or bad

Start the engine and run it till is warmed completely. Shut the engine off and see if the fan spins freely by hand. It should be stiff when engine is warm. Really free is bad when warm. Only spins free when cold so engine will warm up without the fan stiff.

The fridge is working whit out stop

If the unit is running all the time and is not freezing everything then open the back fiberboard panel and clean out the coils in the back. Check to make sure the condenser cooling fan is running also. If the compressor is running and the condenser fan is not running there is a problem with the condenser fan. The compressor, condenser and evaporator fans all should be running at the same time. the condenser fan can be stuck... have dry bearings... of simply has failed. Before removing the back cover... touch the chassis were the doors close... it should be warm but not VERY warm to the touch. If it is VERY warm to the touch... for sure you have a problem with the condensor fan.

Since you did not say anything other than the fridge is working whit out stop, I have to assume at this point that the evaporator fan is running in the freezer compartment just fine.

I really need to know:
1. Is there ice in the back of the freezer compartment?
2. Is the evaporator fan running?
3. Is the condenser fan running?
4. Are the condenser coils clean?

One of the above has a problem... you just need to identify which one.

Freezer is cold, refrigerator is warm. sounds

check the fan from the freezer side if its not running /possible frozen or jammed will cause the refridge side to be warm the fan blows the freezer air into the fridge side to cool their is also a damper or duct control which can build up if no blockage or debris test fan for power if power than test fan it self if not running than repair or replace as necessary

Upright freezer quit cooling, interior fan runs, compressor runs

The coils are most certainly there probably located under your unit. Clean them thoroughly. Look under and to the very top of that space.

1994 c280 2 a/c fans stay on when a/c is off

The fans don't run until car hits certain temps when warm. They are timed. Shouldn't be running constantly, only when car idles for very long time should they come on.

If it barely ever comes on when idleing, the relays or temp sensor could be shot.

Fridge section runs warm. Freezer ok it seems.

Sounds like the inside fan is getting worn out. Should vary in speed. Try replacing the fan and see if that fixes it. I'd bet it will. ken
