Question about 2wire HomePortal 100W (1000-400026-000) Wireless Router
We have been able to connect my daughter's lap top wireless here at home & now my husband's work computer is looking for a code??
It was so long ago I did this for my daughter I don't know what the code was & I don't have her computer here to look on it??
Hi...if you mean the network key, the key Windows asks for when you try to connect to a secured network, you can find this within your router settings.
As this is a 2wire model, you might also find it on a label on the router - it depends if you changed the default settings.
Please visit this page for help:
- it will show you where the default network key is on the label, or if you have changed it, how to login to your router and to find it in your settings (see screenshot at base of page - your network key will just be labelled 'key'.....)
