Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Performing ALL CLEAR in service may clear out the message " Memory is Full " and resolved the service issue.
To perform ALL CLEAR in service mode, enter service mode by pressing the Additional Functions key then the number 2 key then the number 8 key then the Additional Functions key again.
#SSSW will appear on the display. Use the arrow keys and scroll to # CLEAR then select OK.
Use the arrow keys and scroll to "ALL" then select OK. "Please Wait" will appear on the display. After awhile, the copier will reboot then come "Ready".
For the imageRUNNER 2016 / 2020 / 2018 and 2022 the standard memory installed on the Image Processor pcb is 128MB. It is possible to upgrade to 256MB of memory.
For the imageRUNNER 2018 and 2022 just add another 128MB strip of memory to the open slot, J2, on the Image Processor pcb. Part number for the 128MB strip of memory is FM3-3324-000.

Send the e-mail, and ill send it to you.
Remove left door on copier.( Remove plastic cover left from the door ( 3 screws ), disconnect the wires if you have duplex, unscrew the screw on black plastic tape, with pliers pull up the metal pin wich acts as upper hinge.)
When you removed the door, from left side beaneth the fixing assy you will see smal black cover with one screw, remove it so that you can disconnect the connector of fixing film assy, from the right side of fixing assy, remove the cover ( that is the cover wich is long and covers the door locking mechanism - two screws ) Disconnect the 3 conectors. Unscrew the scres that holds fixing assy left side and right side.
Pull towards the fixing assy.
Dismantle it how you see it, but you need to remove the green handle, and remove the axis that have on both side plastic pressure realese pins.
