Thanks... that was the problem! Now the door won't seal closed... any other ideas? The water turns on when the power button is on... water everywhere!

We tried to jiggle the latch but couldn't get it to budge. Not sure which sprayers are working although one shoots right in your face when you open the door. We did run it through but had to hold the door closed for a good part of the time, minimal drippage... still doesn't seal.

Did you try the power on button all the way to the left?

Maybe your kid managed to move the latch, unlikley but not impossible, so it thinks the door is closed.

It is located at the top of the door, with it fully open you will see a small opening in the center near the top. In this opening there is a white plastic latch which should appear open to accept the catch when the door is closed. If you can get a screwdriver in behind the latch it should rock forwards into the open position.

No water, sounds normal . might be silenoid switch on inlet valve? vud140 viking dw

could be the water valve silenoid connection clip to the power source has been disconnected, 2) water valve is clogged with debris, 3) water valve silenoid has gone bad. I think one of these three things may be your problem. Good Luck

Cycle just continues with the pot symbol blinking

disconnect the hose and run it into a bucket, is it pumping freely?.

did you check the trap for a blockage?

You may have a leak in the pump housing area below the unit, this would cause the drain pump to run continually.
