Restoring a computer to its original factory settings should be the last ditch effort in attempting to save a system that has been corrupted by viruses or defective programs. In the best case scenario, one would use the system restore CD that ships with new computers but often this CD is lost or the computer was purchased used. In this case, a factory settings restoration can still be performed by using the computer's "Advanced Boot" menu.
Restart the computer. Press the "F8" key after the computer reboots but before the "Windows" logo appears on the screen. You should now see the "Advanced Boot" menu. Scroll down through the menu options using the down arrow key. Stop when "Repair Your Computer" is highlighted and hit the "Enter" key. Select the language you wish to use and press the "Enter" key. Type in the computer's administrator ID and password. Press the "Enter" key. Scroll through the options using the down arrow key. Choose "Restore (name of computer manufacturer) Settings." Press the "Enter" key. Choose "Yes" when asked if you want to reformat the hard drive. Press the "Enter" key to begin the reformatting process. The process takes a few minutes, so be patient. Do not turn off the computer or attempt to stop the process after it has begun, or this may result in major damage to the hard drive. Choose "Finish" and press the "Enter" key to restart the computer. The computer will restart with the original factory settings.

What Operating system are you using? if it is windows XP you can boot into safe mode and use the built in administrators account to remove the password. for windows 7 and windows Vista the process is a little bit more complicated and you may have to download some 3rd party software to remove the password for you

I every time open my computer one massage is open on my desktop your system may be at risk how to solve this problem

Windows is alerting you that you have either

1. No firewall settings configured, no firewall, or turned off windows firewall

or

2. No anti-virus/anti-malware software

To solve number one, you should turn on the windows firewall or install a 3rd party firewall program of your choosing. To turn on windows firewall, follow this procedure for Windows XP:

1. START > Control Panel > Security Center
2. When security center opens, look for the section "Manage Security Settings For" then click "Windows Firewall."
3. In the Dialog box that comes up, click the circle in front of "On" to turn on the firewall. This setting may already be turned on. Verify the firewall is turned on.
4. Click "Ok" to save your choices and exit, or "Cancel" to close the window without saving any choices.

If you choose to install a 3rd party firewall program, use the above procedure and select "OFF" in step 3. You want to do this so that there will not be conflicts between the Windows Firewall and the 3rd party firewall program. Once you turn off Windows firewall, immediately install and turn on your 3rd party firewall program to minimize exposing your computer to threats.

For number two, you should install a quality anti-virus or anti-malware program. McAfee, and Norton are popular choices. Avast! Antivirus, AVG and Malware Bytes are a bit more comprehensive, especially Malware Bytes. Avast! Antivirus is free, both to download and update. The license lasts a year, but you can simply re-download and install the program to get a fresh new license that's good for a year. Each program has varying features and goodies, so choose the one that's best for you.

How to install window xp in lenovo 460

Windows XP and Lenovo never came together to make an official OEM disk that shipped out with the systems so its impossible to find a COPY online that will automatically activate and is 100 percent legit. Though i've seen win 7 and Vista available. They are not 100 percent legit. And may not be compatible with your system. If you are able to find a COPY of Windows XP possibly at a really good price in which you can activate it legally will be the only way properly install correctly without a 30 day activation trial bugging you and eventually crashing the system.
good luck.

Distorted, scratchy sound with Toshiba Satellite

OK, I would restore or recover the computer to manufacturer's original specifications and automatic update to the latest sp3.

Then, I would reinstall your virus protection and see if it's better.
