I'm sure you figured this out by now, but for others stuck with the same question, here's how you fold it: the upper handle of the cart is 'locked' into place with the lower cart just above the upper bag strap. It's the same plastic piece that adjusts the angle/position of the handle. Slide this plastic piece back up the shaft (toward the ball holders), and the upper handle will release & fold down. The 2 side wheels also fold in at the same time.

President club car golf cart front tires wear out every 3 months.

Maybe your front end alignment is off?
Measure the distance across the front of the front wheels and across the rear of the front wheels.
On this cart the measurements should be almost exactly the same.
Measure carefully as the measurement needs to be exact.
If the measurements are not the same, adjust one or both tierods to make the distance between the front and rear of the front wheels the same.
TIP:AVOID sharp turns on pavement which will also accelerate tire wear.

How new is it and did you haul something heavy in it? They are not made for weight.

When a strut is worn, what are symptons? How can one diagnose it? KIA Sephia 1998?..

some times you will get a bouncing in wheel ,nose dive in front end when stopping or hard breaking, did you try jacking up car so wheel is just off ground ,put a bar under tire and lift up observe wheel movement ,then do other wheels , if it is a strut the wheel will move up and down freely , look for fluid leaking around strut body ,5000 miles is not much of a factor things do break.the other is get the front end off the ground both wheels,SAFELY !!!!!! WITH THE CAR SHUT OFF WHEELS BLOCKED, have one person turn wheel while you observe it , look for anything wrong grab the wheel and try to move left to right (a small ) motion observe what happens ,is there wiggle ? with out moving steering wheel. if not sure of any of these ,PLEASE take it to a mechanic .hope this helps good luck. I was mowing and all of a sudden it stopped steering. The front left wheel moves when I move the steering wheel. The front right doesn't. I can move the front right without moving the steering...

Sounds like the tie rod has came loose or broke, look for a rod that connects the working wheel to the steering and then compare it to the non working side and you will be able to see what is missing

Hello, I recently bought a quinny buzz 3 (second hand) and its very difficult to collapse the frame, but it's easy to open it back up. What would I need to do to fix the problem?

Good Evening

It sounds as though you're not quite depressing the fold buttons fully when trying to collapse it, so you're pushing against the natural spring of the chassis which is making it difficult.

The Buzz is easiest to fold when you're standing in front of it. Either remove the seat unit, or make sure it is forward facing and in the upright position before you start. Swivel the front wheel straight and lock it into position. Standing in front of the Buzz, push the left side button in until you can't make it go any further, then roll the right button toward you as far as possible. It should only require a small amount of pressure to fold the unit, but remember, due to the style of the automatic unfold you are working against it to fold it up. If you hear any clicks, pops or creaks, don't force it as you'll break the fold knuckles.

If this still doesn't work, give the chassis a good, thorough clean to make sure no dirt or debris is causing the problem. Use a dry Teflon spray (found in the laundry aisle of most supermarkets) or normal furnature polish with a soft dry cloth and give the whole chassis a thorough cleaning. Then as you're folding it down, follow the black plastic down the central tube as it goes toward the front wheel unit to make sure its totally clean. This should make it smoother to fold.

Failing that, the product will need to be returned to the engineers for inspection - which country are you in?

it would seem to me that the overall frame of your buggy is bent, sounds like it drives as nice as a shopping cart that has been in an accident..

get out your mesuring tape and see where this charriot is wonky, to straighten it you could build yourself a jig and reast the frame in it and GENTLY apply presssure to attempt to make it sit straight, I would remove your front wheels and make sure they are not damaged see if the shaft that inserts into the bottom of the frame is straight and lube the hell out of it when you put it together
Thanks and good luck Shawn
