Question about Toastmaster Model 1171 Breadmaker Instruction Manual Recipe Book
During kneading or mixing it squeaks very loud. How do I take care of that?
My bread maker used to squeal, before use I now oil the arm rotor underneath the baking tin by dabbing a finger in vegetable oil and applying around where it rotates, this seems to do the trick. I would advise against using any other oil other than food oils due to the contamination risk, vegetable oil is ok of doing the roasties in a very hot oven slo should be ok in the bread maker.

Make sure the pan clicks into place before you start. Don't use more ingredients than allowed.
Here's the manual
