Question about Kenwood KVT-617DVD Car DVD Player
Hi, The model that i'v got is KVT 745DVD It's an in dash DVD reciver with GPS etc, Since i cvhanged the car battery the DVD screen won't open anymore, I tried to press the open/close button on the left side but no respond. It's used to open every time i switched the car on Thank you Liron.
I don't know if your problem has been solved yet, however try resetting the unit back to default settings. Normally any user changes (like auto-opening the screen on accessories on/off) will be lost or corrupted once the battery is disconnected...
You could try that.

You may have blown a fuse when you changed to battery. You might want to check the back of the player for a blow fuse, you may also want to check your cars fuse panel.
