Changing hepa filter

Remove the lid of the Dust Bin, and while holding it upside down in your hand, insert a philips screwdriver (this needs to be a medium screwdriver but with a long blade!) down through the centre of the actuating column. Hold the Filter Refresher knob (green) to prevent it from moving and undo the philips screw. The assembly will now come apart. Pull the actuating column out (the philips screw will remain in the column so don't loose it) The Filter Refresher knob will come away from the Lid. The Hepa Filter can now be removed and the replacement fitted. If the replacement filter is not supplied with a rubber gaskit use the gaskit from the old one..Re-assemble in reverse order.

Hi, i have a panasonic eco max, the brush has stopped going round, the belt is as new and brushes clean.suction good from hose. Any ideas please? thank you

The brush on this model is controlled by the on/carpet/floor switch and will only work in the carpet position. If the suction motor is running then it could be the roller brush motor, but it's more likely to be the microswitch which stops the brush motor when the handle is returned to the upright position.

Panasonic MC- UL594. do I change filter?

Hey, this is Tristan with Crucial Vacuum,

In order to change your filters, you must remove the canister from the vacuum. After, there's a "lift holding bracket" that you could pull to get the HEPA filter out. There you can access both pre-filter and HEPA filter to clean thoroughly!

Below I have attached a link to the users manual for the Miele S7210. You should refer to page 12 to view the diagrams pertaining to my suggestions.
You can purchase replacement parts for Miele direct from Crucial Vacuum with free shipping and an exclusive 10% coupon for readers, use code: FIXYA10

I hope this was helpful! If you would like further assistance, please feel free to give us a call at 877.750.9239. We have helpful and friendly customercare representatives on the line ready to assist you.
