Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

if you take the front face off there should be a pin hole around the keypad area and if you take a paper clip and push this it will do a master reset. the only thing about this is you will have to reprogram the whole system. you might be able to scroll thru the option and if you see a setting called master code enter the default code wich is probably 123456 if this works then you can add and delete codes. once you do this you may want to change your administrator code.

There are a couple of ways, but the best thing to do is to reach out to your local alarm company and have them check your installation and configuration. They can then reset user codes and make sure the alarm panel is communicating to a central station, the specialized operations center that calls the police, fire, ambulance, etc. in the event of an alarm.
