Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, I am having Exchange 2010 and I want that all the email flows within the organisation can be found out on the users basis, sender or receivers basis, date basis. Is there a manual method or a tool through which I can get the reports of these things. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
For easily getting the details of all the emails of Exchange 2010 within the organisation I think that you can try in a third party tool named Lepide Exchange Reporter which has the ability to quickly give you a report of all the emails on the basis of the users, size, sender, receiver, date and subject wise and to know more features of this tool you can go to LER

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Error with Outlook Express
make sure you POP3, and SMTP setting are correct...with who ever your email provider is. If you have hotmail, it should auto configure for you with there http protocol settings for sending and receiving mail.

Hello there. I would just like to share with you simple steps how I checked on this issue we encountered just a few weeks back.
First thing to check is to make sure that all Exchange related services are started. You can check that on the Services panel. Next is to check if the POP3 service is running on the exchange manager console. So after this, i was able to send receive emails again.
Unfortunately, in my case, that did not still fix the queue issue. What you need to do is to defrag the exchange database. Defrag in exchange is different from doing a system defrag of your OS. Please refer to the steps below from Microsoft. But make sure that you backup the exchange database first as this is a very crucial stage for your emails.
This is from MS:
Create a batch file and copy the ff:
net stop msexchangemta
net stop msexchangeis
net stop msexchangesa
"c:program filesexchsrvrineseutil.exe" /d C:ExchangeDatapriv1.edb
net start msexchangesa
net start msexchangeis
net start msexchangemta
Note: Point the .edb file to the appropriate path where your Exchange DB is located.
Run this after making sure that you have a backup.
Hope this helps.
