Remove the cover below the door and carefully look inside. You will see that the drain hose is connected to a small pump. That pump may have an obstruction in it such as a little piece of glass. Unscrew it from the frame so you can check it carefully. good luck.

If there is no obstruction the pump may not be turning on. To check that you will have to run the dishwasher and listen for the pump to come on. If it doesnt come on you will have to replace it.

THE WATER WILL NOT DRAIN OUT

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
Dishwasher not draining completely problem usually occurs due to clogged/blocked drain hose or the drain pump not working. First try to clean the drain hose and drain pump filter for any clogs, then check drain pump operation. If the problem returns after cleaning then it is the drain pump that needs replacement. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

My Bosch SHU 4320 has suddenly quit draining. I have cleaned out everything and no kinks in hoses. My drains are not clogged. I have tried the suggestions in the manual and no luck. also my glasses are...

Check your salt container is full and the cap is on securely and there are no cracks in lid. Check the rinse aid is full. Check that the holes in the spray arms are not blocked with food, plastic etc. or if you have a deodoriser hanging on the top basket that it is not obstructing the rotation of the spray arm. Try running a d/w cleaner through the machine.
if you remove the lid and take the two t20 screw off the left side panel at the front you could check the pressure chamber and its hose are not blocked. Use the link and go to page 4, part 263834 and 361113. You can also remove 165263 (remove t20 screw via the sump after all filters are removeds) this will expose the pump impellor and you can check for any obstruction. If the d/w is connected via a sealed spigot to the sink, remove the grey hose and unscrew the spigot adaptor from the sink and ensure there are no blockages.

ps I appreciate the link is not for your model but the part placing should be the same
Hope this helps, please leave feedback or add comment if this helps or you require further assistance.

Dishawasher won't drain, sounds like a stuck garbage disposal

check for a kink in the discharge hose. Also, the hose must go up higher than the top of the dishwasher, then descend to the drain. Otherwise the waste water will flow back into the tub by siphon action.

Bosch dishwasher cleans but will not drain.

Remove the drain hose where it attaches to the disposal. This area often clogs and will prevent any d/w from draining.

You cannot access the drain hose "internally" you will need to pull out the dishwasher and probably on the left side if facing underneath the drain hose will be connected with a screw clamp most likely.
