If you're using Internet Explorer on Windows.
Go to Tools-Manage add-ons-Select the addon and click Disable and if available Remove.
Then click Start/Control Panel/Uninstall a program/Select the toolbar and uninstall it.
If using Chrome:
Tools-Extensions and click on x.
