You need to call for for a qualified technician oil residue is a sign that your unit have leaking, your unit is out of refrigerant.

Hi. Check the drain hose and look for kinks and partial blockage. Even algae can often block these tubes. J.

Check the float thaat is the sensor to indicate the water level to the micro controller. The wires are cut or the float is deffective .
Check and replace.Credit if helpful with this tip.
