Question about YouTube Videos
Some phones are too low speck for videos try charging it and shutting down the phone maybe the phone is to low spec to cope with the video you are playing.

SOURCE: all videos dont play
install first the flash player v. 9 or latest
then go to Tools, Internet Option,security, select a zone to view or change a security setting, make it default level all... internet. local internet and others.. then ok..
the restart your IE..

If this is the first time that you are trying to do this, this is most probably an issue with the video codec. If you are using windows media player to play the you tube downloaded video you download and install video code.
Here's a link of the video codec that I'm using and it works perfect.
