Plug into computer check the drive c d e f and right click check explore will tell what files are on the mp3 player. Also might be able to put those files onto your computer format the mp3 player so its functioning properly and then put the files back to the mp3 player.
Connect your MP3 Pod to your computer via a USB Cable and once it gets recognized then go to the new drive detected in your computer and right click on it and select the "Format" option and select "Quick Format" and try to format.. If it says that "Format could not be completed" then try changing the filesystem and again formatting, If problem persists then it means that your hard disk in the player is corrupted..
It may be that your mp3 has specific file formats that it accepts for videos, which is most common - in which case you will have to covert or compress any standard format video into an acceptable video.
Your vidoes may be too big in actual screen size or your slick mp3 player doesn't accept videos.
You may also need the software compatible with your mp3 player in order to download video's successfully. You will need to download or install the software for your mp3 player which will make it easier to upload vdieo's. You may be able to do this via the manufacturers site, or prompted to do this when adding the device to your computer.
The player says you have an unknown format, I take it. Most likely you loaded a song that's in a format the player doesn't recognize, or loaded a song with the extension wrong.. From some specs; Audio file format: MP3, WMA, WMA-DRM10 (PlaysForSure), WAV. Easiest fix, load songs it'll recognize, if you have one it's not happy with, try using GoldWave (www.goldwave.com) to load it, then save in appropriate format. Exellent program that handles most formats.
I want to download video to my slick mp3 how do i do that?
