The first place to start is with the manufacturer, Danby 800-496-6049. Or take a section of the hose with you and go to your nearest home center and purchase a similar hose (same diameter) and use all the existing fittings that you have, to remount it with the new hose. There are several types available that will work well for this type of application and probably last longer than the original hose did.
Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks.

SOURCE: I would like a manual
Since you didn't mention who the manufacturer is and the model number, it makes it a little difficult. But, most all portable AC units drain the same way. There's a drain plug on the back of the unit, just above floor level. It may have a door cover over it, so you will have to remove it first, to access the drain plug.
There are 2 ways to drain the unit. Use a shallow sided pan, capable of holding 1 quart of water or roll the unit to a floor drain or outside, before removing the drain plug. The Drain Plug screws out. If you drain theunit into a pan, turn the unit OFF & Unplug it first.
Hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
