Make sure you have the drivers installed. I had this problem last week. Verizon couldnt figure it out then either. Go to the verizonwireless website, and go to downloads. You need to install the verizon access manager. Once you do this, the drivers will be installed on your computer, and your phone will sync. You do not have to open the access manager, but you will have to leave it installed on your computer for the drivers. Once its on there, try to sync again, and it should work. Good luck.

You can move pictures and songs to/from your voyager in three ways:
1) Pull the Micro SD card out of your phone, and put it in a MicroSD card reader or SD card adapter.
2) Use a USB cord and the appropriate software to read the information with the card in the phone. You can generally find the USB cable and software at your local electronics store.
3) The voyager supports Object Push Profile if you have Bluetooth available on your computer.
1st - Place the SD card in the phone. 2nd - Adjust the setting to save Pictures, Video, Music to the SD card by going to Settings and tools > Memory > Save Options. 3rd. Remove the SD card from the phone and connect to PC. Now on the PC you will see the phone has created folders for you "Music". 4th - Drag your music files into the correct folders (ie music, pictures, etc). 5th Place SD card back in LG Envy 2 and enjoy the music.
Im not for sure if this will help, but i know if u are not using the software that vorizon sells for that phone, the misic files that u load to ur sd card are not in the right format for the phone. the software causts $20 through vorizon, and comes with a usb cable to download the music directly to ur phone. hope that helps.
No, Im Sorry But Adaptors Are Incapable Of Holding Memory, And You Shouldn't Take Out The Micro SD Before You Remove The SD Card, You Should Also Try Putting In The Micro SD Card And Going To Tools And Enter Into The Memory Option And Selecting Card, Then Using The Options Button Format It, Then Put It Back Into You Computer And Save All Your Songs To The Folder Named my_music This Should Work, And Just So You Know The Phone Will Not Play All Of The Songs That You Put On It For Some Reason, Its Some Formatting Conflict The Songs Can Be In .wma Format Or .mp3 not .mp4 or any other types.
You can use it in a printer that takes memory cards but you cannot download a lot of songs that way. The best thing to do is buy a music essentials kit. If you have a 512 mb card, you can get at least 100 songs.
buy a micro sd card from any electronics store, put it into your computer(card reader)move selected songs over to the card, take it out of computer and put into phone. Menu, media center, music and tones,my music
unfortunately the env doesnt support java in this firmware version. For now verizon is brew only....I feel your pain i have the same phone! But if java ever comes out with a player for the env then we will be in good shape! You can download macromedia flash for them and play some flash games though.
