Is gastroenteritis, fungi, tetanus, pneumonia, cold-flu or Tuberculosis bacterial infections?

Wow, that is a long question! A virus is the most common cause of gastroenteritis but it CAN be caused by a bacteria such as eColi. A fungi is a fungus and not bacterial, although they are closely related. Tetanus is caused by a bacteria that lives in dirt. The most common cause of pneumonia is bacterial but there are viral and fungal pneumonias. A cold is caused by a virus but can have a secondary bacterial infection. Tuberculosis is caused by a bacteria called mycobacterium.

It smells all the time can not get rid of it

This will potentially sound odd, but run the 90 degree cycle with 3 dishwasher tablets in the drum. The smell is bacterial and probably the result of a build up of residue from biological soap powder (Which is simply bacteria that eat your stains). Dishwasher tablets are anti-bacterial and will kill the bugs making the smell

My husband dropped Q Tips (around 20) in the toilet and instead of taking them out, flushed them! Now when you flush, the water fills instead of draining then initially has the correct amount of water in...

If the snake won't reach, it is not the toilet, but rather in the wasteline. if the qtips were the sort with paper stems and not plastic, you can use a bacterial enzyme drain opener to clear the clog over a few days. qtips should not have clogged the line. You likely have some buildup on the inside of your wastelines that will be cleaned out by the bacterial treatment. The chemical solutions are not as thorough as the bacterial and they are quite hard on sewer and septic systems.

How to sanitize ac30 culligan RO sytem?

It helps to sanitize the RO system each time you change the filters. Always test the RO water with a TDS meter to determine if the TDS rejection has dropped below 80% rejection. If it has the membrane should be changed along with the other filters. Always wear latex gloves when changing RO filters to prevent bacterial contamination. There are complete instructions on sanitizing the RO in the Culligan manual. Here is the link for the AC30 Manual.
