You need to do a Factory Reset, AKA a Hard Reset. This removes everything on the phone and reloads the operating system. Your phone is a Blackberry?

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way.You will need the unique MEP Code for your Blackberry and to get it you can use a website with service for Blackberry unlocking .so you can use a website to Unlock your Blackberry online instantly - OR local mobile shop .they are mostly using cables to unlock it and the price is higher then on unlocking websites but the result is the same: SIM free Blackberry.

All ten attempts for mepd code have been used my phone is now blocked or Hard locked. How do i Unlock a BB Storm 2 ? Please help

You can get your mobile grand reset from a good mobile shop. They will remove the hard lock from your mobile and this would again give you 10 attempts to unlock the phone. After that, you can buy very CHEAP but reliable unlocking codes from Blackberry unlocking codes with IMEI for your Blackberry Storm 2. I hope they would treat you with their best service as they treated me in my case. Take care :)
