If you are referring to the Internet, there are some easy solutions. Clearing your cache, cookies, and history may help, so try that first.

I highly recommend using a program that will do this for you, called CCleaner, which can be found here:

If you do not want to download software to do this for you, you can do it manually.

If you use Internet Explorer 8+: Click on "Tools", select "Delete Browsing History..." and make sure to select temporary Internet files.

If you use Google Chrome: Click on the settings tab directly under the "X" button in the top right corner, click on "Settings", click on "Show advanced settings...", and under the Privacy header click on the button titled "Clear browsing data...". From here, select whatever applies.

If you use Mozilla Firefox 4+: Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL on your keyboard.

If you use another browser, use a search engine (Google, Bing, etc.) and search "how to clear cache on *insert browser here*"

Again, this is assuming that you are talking about the Internet. If you are talking about your computer in general, then there are many things you can do, so don't worry.

If you have any more questions, let me know. I'm happy to help :)

I've been having trouble loading some pages pretty much since we've had this router. Images seem to be slow to load on most pages, I have to refresh the page several times to get youtube to play, and...

After carefully considering the problem, if you are saying that your computer loads the pages perfectly (fast and clear) when it is set up directly to the modem, then it has to be the Wireless component of either the Modem itself or your Computer.

It can also be interference with other wireless gadgets within the home.

If it is a Laptop you are using, you may wish to purchase a Belkin wireless booster to boost the signal.

If it is a PC Desktop you are using and there is no reason that it can't be connected via an ethernet cable, then I would suggest connecting it directly.

Ethernet cable is shielded cable which is designed to omit interference.

Whilst wireless is great, it is not always the answer (especially if there are other devices which are conflicting with the signal).

I hope this information is useful. Regards,

Click anything at nothing happens

Who is your ISP, contact them and report slow pages loading. Have you tried this on another computer on a differnt network? Slow pages loading is the result of either a slow internet connection or a busy network. Time of day also affect the quality of your connection to a free service.
