a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Q: I lost my password!
A: You can reset your password manually by going to the main software screen, click on "Lobby" and then on "Login" and then on "Forgot Password". Enter your information and a new password will be emailed via Internet to your registered PokerStars email address. If you do so, and receive an error message, please email support with your full name and address, as well as your PokerStars user ID and we will help you get back in the game.

There is a way of resetting the administrator password.
You need to use a so-called 'emergency boot cd' which uses a little piece of software to check and reset the password on the machine.
Two of those tools can be found here:
give it a go.
If still unsuccessful, try contacting Acer for the Restore cd/dvd if you don't have it, and do a clean reinstall of the machine. Or use a Windows XP OEM disk of the same kind (Home/Professional) and use the OEM key on the sticker on the bottom of the PC to do a clean reinstall. The last possibility doesn't install all drivers, so you'll have to download and install them from the Acer website. Don't forget: no drivers = no internet connection on the pc, so first of all download the drivers, put them on a USB stick or cd, and then reinstall the machine...

Yes all routers have a manual reset button, in the back of the router, its like a little black dot, try getting a paper clip and put it in there and hold it for 30 seconds while the router is connected, then it will restore it to factory mode.
i hope this helps...

ok best thing to do is to start the computer up in safe mode
when you boot up computer it will say press a key to go to "boot menu"
press that key
then select boot up in safe mode
then log on as admin and delete the password
if that dosnt work then you will need to download and butn this to dvd
make sure yu do not choose the ods version and you choose the gui if there are two versions
the gui has a graphical usser interface the dos is just like comand prompt
then go into bios set to boot from cd then choose the password tools and use it to delete it

Asus Eee PCs run on the Windows XP SP2 operating system. Accounts in Windows XP SP2 can easily be password-protected, but the same password can just as easily be forgotten.
At moments like this, you'll wish you had chosen a password that is both secure and easy to remember, or kept a record of it in a private place.
The quickest way to get back on the computer is to seek out someone with an administrator account on the computer.
Press "Control" + "Alt" + "Delete" at the same time on the locked screen.
Select "Switch User."
Remember, only an administrator account registered on this computer can unlock the computer.
Type in "administrator" in the user name box.
Type the password that corresponds to the administrator user name in the password box .
Click "OK." The Asus Eee PC is unlocked.
Hope this helps
