Question about Philips GoGear SA5285/37 Digital Media Player
I just recharge my MP3 Player 8GB and now it says info is unknown for all my songs. Do you know how I could fix this?
You have to get the latest version of the Philips Device Manager and run an Update. The unfortunate side effect is that it will delete all songs off the player, so you will have to reload them. But you will be good going forward.
