Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
It is fully charged but will not stay on. it says hold no matter which button i push. it shows a lock next to the battery indicator that i have not noticed before.
I had the same problem. Then I noticed on the back of the player was a "lock" button. Once I turned it to unlock, the problem was solved.

Tips for a great answer:
Push the power switch up as far as it will go and see if the blue ring on the front of the player lights up.
The Fuze's power button is not a traditional button but a slider, so if you did not push the slider up all the way, this may be the only reason it was not powering on.
Reset the Fuze by pushing up on the power switch and holding it in the up position for 10 seconds.
Try to power on the Fuze again after it has fully rebooted.
Connect the Fuze's USB cord from the Fuze to a USB port on your computer.
You should see a yellow charging light illuminate and the battery symbol blinking on the Fuze's main display.
Once the battery stops flashing, the Fuze is fully charged and you can try to power it on again.
hope this helps
