Are you using a replacement charger or one that is not original? If yes, it's normal to have that error when charging. Remove it then plug it again so you can continue charging. It happened to me when I got a replacement charger and even though it gives me the error, I just unplug it then plug again until the phone is fully charged.
Hello, If your phone is not charging and the screen read error stop charging, you can look at the problem from angles, firstly, i suggest you try get a similar charger to charge the phone and see if it will charge it, if it does, it means the charger your charger is the problem and will need to be replace.
But, if after trying to charge with a similar charger and the screen of your phone still reads error stop charging, then, the problem is the charging port of your phone. In this case, you will need to replace the charging port of your phone, in order for your phone to charge.
Check either of the two stated above to solve the problem with your phone.
Most new phones allow charging with the USB cable. With some phones, you also have the option to select whether you want to allow USB charging. If you're trying to charge with USB, make sure that your phone supports USB charging and that the option is switched on. please check ur settings..All the best
