I do not have any sound from my speakers. I know speakers are working.
Check of hardware, says hardware is ok.
Cannot adjust volume, grey background in properties.

that shows that the driver of your multi media have been uninstalled accidentally. you may reinstall the driver using your motherboard cd. you can check the status if this has no driver or not by going to the control panel, double click system, click hardware then click the device manager. if you notice a yellow question mark that means there is no driver installed. so install by using your motherboard cd
