Need to unlock my Dell Latitude XT2 #850NLL1-1F5A BIOS password. Please help I can't get into my laptop after upgrading my bios from Bios Rev. A12 to A15

You will need to contact Dell by phone in order for them to reset your bios password. They will verify ownership and then provide information for resetting the password.

Dell precision 530 bios ssd

This is a little bit long shot, but check also if there is an updated firmware for the SSD (you will need access to another machine in order to upgrade it). I will look up if I find either a bios for the Dell that is working or another solution

Thns128gg4baaa unlock

You could buy a "sled", an external hard drive enclosure for 2.5" drives and connect it to a running computer via USB to save your data. This assumes that there is no encryption on the drive that you may have used.

Foxconn nt 535 bios ssd

You need to go directly to the manufactures Web Site and in the Search command area; look for the Drivers for the Mod. of your Computer, etc. Once you find the drivers, download and install. One is the BIOs update. Just be aware that if you make a mistake updating the BIOS, the system will no longer work and you now have a boat ancor.

Trying to start computer with SSD and HDD, NOT happening!

Have you tried going into the bios to see if the ssd is recognized and have the computer boot from the ssd So connect the drive and put your windows disk in and install to the ssd During the install it will scan for drives and ask which drive you want to install on Make sure you check the boot options in the bios to allow the connect drive

Try updating to BIOS to version A16 from Ensure you are not attached to the docking station when flashing the BIOS. Once updated, connect the 90W adapter to the docking station, connect your laptop to the dock, and power on using the docking station power button.

Dell C600

Here goes, first download the A12 BIOS from this page or others,

Then, Run this file to make a bootable bios floppy disk. Reboot the laptop floppy will start dos mode, the updater will detect any bios newer then A12 and say finished without changing anything and come to an a: prompt.

type dir for a list of files on the floppy. If your typing gets you wierd symbols try holding the Fn key (lower left) lookfor the filename C600_A12.exe or somthing like this. type it at the a prompt exact. The bios flash will check system bios and ask your permission to revert back to A12. say Y.

Computer will reboot. take floppy out.

My batteries charge grat now, but I don't get all ythe settings pages in Bios that I should, It seems to hang when i enter Bios. Laptop works fine though. i have installed and tries all bios from A12 yo A23, the A12 seems to be the best. No problems from winXP.
