Asko dishwasher D1756 shows F2

I took the filter pieces out and cleaned them as per instruction manual, removed the yellow attachment and checked the blades with my fingers, there was no apparant blockages although I did remove quite alot of build up from the 4filters. I have just now turned off the electricity at the breaker as suggested but with no satisfaction, the F2 code is still flashing and the machine is still sounding like it would like to pump out some water although there is no water other than the smallamount inside the filter well. Most of the time the F2 fault code means faulty water inlet valve or faulty pump. Since you state the pump is working, I would check out the water inlet valve.
