How can I lower my Cannondale E 440 sothat my feet will touch the ground when I am sitting on it and it is not moving?

Hi, Cecil here are some options for lowering your bike depending on your needs and wallet:
1. Rear shock lowering kit.
2. Front fork lowering kit.
3. Shorter rear shocks.
4. Shorter front forks.
5. Thinner padded seat.
6. Lower profile tires.
Please be aware that some of these options or a combination of options will require a shorter kickstand or your stock one modified. For more information about your issue and free downloads that you will need please visit the websites below. Good luck and have a nice day.

Stripped threads in accessory holder for cannondale ultra.. How do I remove old ones and install new.. Drink holder won't tighten down due to bad threads.. Any ideas

I am assuming you are talking about the bolts in the frame for the water bottle holders. You can take it to the bike shop and have them install a "Rivnut." This entails drilling out the frame boss that is stripped, and installing a Rivnut with is a rivet that is threaded for a specific size, in this case, the same size for cage bolts. Or you could order the kit and tools yourself, but then you would be left with extra Rivnuts and tools.

I have a cannondale Q6 2010 and I had removed the saleman remove the front tire so it would be easier to haul in my car. He undid the breaks but when i got home I got the tire back on the frame but need...

after placing the tire in place simply take the brake glide elbow l and after squeezing the brakes together place it in the hanger its the floppy bar on the left side brake arm after fitting these together place the rubber boot on the remainder of the glide and voila your done :) this is based on a v-brake system that was simply opened and had not had cable removed if its another brake style simply leave a comment here stating so and ill walk you through another style if needed ok :)

Will the cannondale xc3 mtb stem fit on my lefty headshock? And how do I do it?

the XC3 stem comes in a 1.5 in clamp designed to fit on cannondale headshox systems. The lefty fork you have may or may not be compatible, you would have to check your fork to see if it is the right size.

There is an XC3 SL conversion kit for lefty forks that are not the same size and includes the stem and steerer replacement.

Swapping stems is quite easy on the cannondale. Loosen the two bolts holding the stem to the steerer and undo the bolts holding the handlebars, remove stem and replace.

If none of this makes sense then I would strongly urge you too take the bike into your local bike shop, preferrably a cannondale dealer, and have them show you. It will take only a couple minutes and they can confirm compatibility.

Tires

Under well-lit conditions look for any signs of punctures (such as nails or shards of glass) which might potentially lead to a loss of pressure or a blowout. Bulging or cracking might also occur on old tires; make sure you roll your bike forward in order to see all surface areas that come in contact with the road.,
