Boot to the WIndows XP CD (Press spacebar when prompted to press any key) at first prompt in setup, press R to enter recover console.
At the C:\Windows\System32\> prompt type bootcfg /rebuild then press enter
reboot see if error resolved.
If not then try running diagnostics by pressing Fn plus power button, see if there is a HDD malfunction

This is not a virus. It seems like Windows was not installed correctly and you should either do a repair or reformat and reinstall your OS. You can repair by inserting the disk and hitting F8 or F2 and hit repair or just reinstall the system
sure..sounds like it needs a re install of the operating system, as that image is not a photographic one, but a digital image..if this is a new one for you, then a reinstallation is needed. if you did not get the disks, then you will need new software too.
hello. do you have the soft ware that can with it .? when u got it. ? you can try to reinstall it. or get new software to upgrade it . up need to wipe the harddrive clean and start fresh copy.on your HARDDRIVE. !!! OR TAKE IT IN TO A SHOP AND LET THEM DO IT FOR YOU. GOOD LUCK.
