There is a short description about both- Cement paint is water based paint and is applied to either exterior or interior including brick work and concrete. Texture Paint, which may be manipulated by brush, trowel or other to give various patterns.
usually programs like those require a higher video card. because of the detail and such. but it is costly, you would need a gamers card for that detail. I would say suffer it unless you can afford one for over $150. you might want to check the settings also on the program. see what you can do with it.
in the installation files somewhere are the textures that apply to some of the graphics for grass and clay etc. These have not installed or are in the wronmg place for the program to access them. Note where it says they should be when it reports the problem. get them from CDnd put them there manually
Your inbuilt graphics card doesn't support texture depth thats why its not working. ard is probably outdated.
I suggest you get a better processor than the 1.6 GHZ. New processors are in the market like over 3 GHZ with a grahics card.

Your 1.6 ghz can't even fully utilize 320 mb of RAM for gaming, so better upgrade your processor and motherboard too if u want better gaming performance, or just get an external graphics card.
