Hi friend, I think first you should check whether the phone or the screen frozen, or both of them are frozen, if the phone is frozen, you may try to turn it off for about ten minutes then turn it on, if it still cannot work, you may try to pull the battery out and then restore factory setting if it needs. If the screen is frozen,it may because.....you can visit our website: www.1010store.com. Hope this can help you! Good luck!
erm ..well...erm try: 1.reset the settings and format memory 2.take the battery out and put it back in again 3.turn phone on and reset settings again 4. then turn phone off and on again 5.then it should work if it dont then its fu*!"d
What exactly do you mean by frozen? Is the phone locked up, or does it say "phone freeze"?
If it says phone freeze, there's nothing anyone can do. The phone permanently locks itself up if an unlock code is entered incorrectly too many times. The only option then would be to send the phone back to Samsung for new software, or if you know of anyone that can flash that phone.
