a memory stick reader. they come on allnew computer wether desk top or laptop since you are also using a a micro you will need a micro sd to Sd adapter to put into a card reader.

Assuming that you have a computer with Windows and a card reader in the computer for the microSD card, insert the card into the correct card reader slot, then just go to your My Music folder in your My Documents (assuming that is where the songs are at on the computer). After being sure that the music files are mp3, right click the songs that you want and click "copy". Then go to My Computer and right click the microSD card and select "explore". Navigate to the folder where you want the song to be, right click that folder and select "paste."

You can there around 20 sometimes cheaper or more it depends on what you want you can get a adapter to make it a sd or you could just buy a usb micro sd reader. Now the reason why is because this is the easiest way i am a big fan because you need no software to do this. once you have it in you can go to mycomputer or computer which evver you use then select the drive nomally f-j drive. then you open it and then just drag and drop and thats all. the reason i say this is the software that the phone companies make sometimes does not work with some computer settings but this way is a guarentee to work no matter what.

    sure no prop

    1.have you reader pluged in
a)if you are using a multi reader insert your you micro in to a sd adapter and insert into sd slot
b)if you are using a usb micro adapter just plug the the card right on in
    2. if you are using WinXp go to my computer if vista go to start then computer
    3. under devices with removable storage there will be differnt drives normally the one you insert is either removable disk drive F-J depending on what you have/had pluged in
4.open the folder and go to the music you want in its own folder what ever you have your music stord in then you hae three way this one i feel is the easiest but you choose
    5. right click choose send to then select the drive that you card is
    a) click amd drag to folder you can also use control and click them all and drag

SD Card in Samsung J700

go to menu, select settings then go to phone settings and go to PC connections and choose mass storage. there, you will be using your phone as a USB mass storage. on your computer, go to MY COMPUTER and click on REMOVABLE DISK. and that's it! you can now put your files in your memory card. PC Studio 3 reads only those files from your phone not in your mjemory card..
I hope this could help..

Memory card isnt recgognised!

If the card is inserted correctly and its not damaged, then the memory card should show up under media manager, you need to put the files onto the memory card not on the phone...

When you first insert the card into the phone, you need to format the card, some phones create specific folders for different things when they format, e,g images, Videos, etc. You may need to do this.

I cant remember if this phone had this option but try it anyway as if it works, it should be faster than using Samsung PC Studio...
Close Samsung PC Studio
Unplug USB out of the Phone and a couple of seconds later plug it back in, see if the phone asks you for Mass Storage mode... If it does select that, after a while the Memory Card should show up on your PC just like a USB memory stick you can drag and drop files to it and its faster than going through Samsung PC Studio :)

Samsung sgh j700 phone shows up as mass storage device

check the pc connectivity settings on ur phone.

make sure that ur using the 2.0 port of ur computer
dont use front usb ports cpu. use rear ports. they are faster.
if still problem persists. try below
conect ur phone to usb. now without disturbing the connections switch off and then on the phone. now there may be chances.

samsung sofware could be corrupted due to virus on ur pc. remove all the viruses then freshly install suit

I can not figure out how to put music onto my Samsung Beat cell phone

go to samsungusa.com Download the samsung PC studio 3. hook the beat to the computer via usb. enter PC studio and select multimedia manager. click on files and select get files. you'll have 3 options. select from PC. search your PC for music and select get file. left click then right click on the file of choice and select to phone. after a while you will see a message that says insufficent storage. you wil then disconnect the phone and go to menu then fun and apps then files then music then the subfolder titled music. choose options and select move to memory card or copy to memory card (optional only if you have one). by the way, if you want to use a music file as a ringtone, copy is what you want, but the song will appear twice on your music list. lather, rinse, repeat.
