we had this problem and no plumbers were able to fix it. Finally we got someone from Bosch around and they found part of the ignitor had been installed upside down, since then no problems at all.

Sounds like the pressure switch is not closing when the combustion fan is coming on. The combustion fan has a small 1/4" hose coming off the housing. If this hose is stopped up, the switch will not close. Sometimes rust will get into the hose or connections to cause this. You also can bypass over the pressure switch temporarily to see if this is your problem.
