Just replaced Toner. Full set of paper in tray. No paper jam. Yet...red 'paper' light continues to blink. The printer seems to be spurting out black ink on the pages (that is, when it worked, the printer has ceased to work at all). My suspicion, based on research on this site, is that the drum needs to be cleaned or replaced. I cannot, however, find any information on HOW to remove the drum (truth be told, I am not sure where exactly the drum is). Please help.
Thank you.
To replace the drum, just pull out the toner cartridge from the front, the drum is the part DR-2025 that is connected to the cartridge. Push down the little purple lever and remove the cartridge from the drum.
