Just replaced Toner. Full set of paper in tray. No paper jam. Yet...red 'paper' light continues to blink. The printer seems to be spurting out black ink on the pages (that is, when it worked, the printer has ceased to work at all). My suspicion, based on research on this site, is that the drum needs to be cleaned or replaced. I cannot, however, find any information on HOW to remove the drum (truth be told, I am not sure where exactly the drum is). Please help.
To replace the drum, just pull out the toner cartridge from the front, the drum is the part DR-2025 that is connected to the cartridge. Push down the little purple lever and remove the cartridge from the drum.

I had the misfortune of between two sheets of paper, out of the packet, there was a piece of tape that jammed the drum.
Nothing else for it with your, take the drum and toner out and check for bits of paper.

LED pattern Possible Problems and Solutions Your system has some problems. If this problem occurs, contact your service representative. On Line/Error LED lights red • Paper jam occurs. To solve the problem, see “Clearing Paper Jams” on page 5.6. • The front cover is open. Close the front cover. • Paper tray is empty. Load the paper in the Tray. • The toner cartridge is out of toner. Remove the old toner cartridge and install a new one. See “Installing the Toner Cartridge” on page 2.4. • You pressed the Cancel button while the printer is receiving data. • In Manual Feed mode, there is no paper in the manual tray. Load paper into the manual tray. • If the printer is receiving data, the On Line/Error LED slowly blinks green. • If the printer is printing the received data, the On Line/ Error LED blinks green fast.
If you turn off the printer and turn it back on, do you get any noises, ie motor noises, or does it instantly go to all lights flashing? If you get no noises this usually indicates a board fault and you should look for a new printer.
I had this problem. The cancel button was stucked. Open the toner tray
and slighly push the button side top-cover up. It released the cancel
button for me (actually I was trying to open the top, but it worked).
The cancel button was released and the blinking red-green stopped.
Printer now working.
