Did you connect the printer directly to a walloutlet to a power source or do you use a power surge protector. Try to connect the machine directly to a wall outlet. Try to disconnect the power cable from the back of the machine while the machine is powered on. Reconnect the power cable after 10secs than the machine should reboot by itself. This resolve your issue. Else try to use a different power cable,may be the power cable is defective.
