I fixed the problem. Uninstall ed everything and anything that said Logitech from the system. Detached the cam, then rebooted. Then I installed the software & Drivers. Then plugged in the cam and it worked. Had to upgrade the mic drivers for some reason the logitech software debunked it.
1. Open windows help center 2. Search for code 39. 3. The first topic explains how to remove the logitech driver which conflicts the installation of the vimicro web cam driver. Follow the directions even if it is referred to another web cam.
got the same -- horrible noise coming out of the speakers. I connect XP to XP, with skype on both sides. One of the sides seems fine, but the other one (which is mine), gets this noise every minute can anyone tell me why it is so?
